Jackie Parker played for the Edmonton Eskimos (1954-62), Toronto Argonauts (1963-65), and BC Lions (1968). He won the
Schenley Award for Most Outstanding Player three times (1957, '58, and '60) and played on three Grey Cup champions with Edmonton (1954, '55, and '56).
After his playing career he coached and was the general manager for the BC Lions and coached Edmonton.
Parker was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1971 and the Edmonton Wall of Honour in 1983.
