Jim Stillwagon played for the Toronto Argonauts for five seasons (1971-75). He was a three-time CFL all-star, and was runner-up for the league’s outstanding defensive player award in 1972.
He was inducted into the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame in 1991, based on his college career at Ohio State University. In 2009, he was selected as an All-Time Argonaut.
Stillwagon died on February 3, 2018, at the age of 68.
