Player of the Day: Don Luzzi

Don Luzzi played for the Calgary Stampeders from 1958 to 1969. 

He was an All-Western Offensive Tackle (1958, 1961),  All-Western Defensive Tackle (1958, 1960, 1962, 1963, 1966),  All-Canadian Defensive Tackle (1962, 1963, 1966), and received the Schenley Award for Most Outstanding Lineman in 1958. He played in the 1968 Grey Cup.

Luzzi was inducted into Canadian Football Hall of Fame and Calgary Stampeders Hall of Fame in 1986.

He died on Ocotober 30, 2005, at the age of 70.
