Joe Critchlow played in the Canadian Football League for 7 seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (1969-73) and Montreal Alouettes (1974-75). 

He was a Western Conference All-Star at defensive tackle in 1972 and played for the 1974 Grey Cup Champions.
