Decisions were made at closed meetings of the Canadian Football League regarding the Grey Cup and East-West Shrine All Star game. The 1959 Grey Cup will be played in Toronto, but the exact venue has not been decided. It will be played at either the Canadian National Exhibition Stadium or Varsity Stadium. Also, the annual East-West Shrine All-Star will discontinued.
