Frank Rigney played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers from 1958 to 1967, and was member of 4 Grey Cup Champions (1958, '59, '61, and '62). 

Rigney was selected as the Canadian Football League's Most Outstanding Lineman in 1961, and is a member of the Winnipeg Football Club Hall of Fame. He was inducted in the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1985.
